1. Scope & Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern the legal services provided by PilrtJure ("we," "us," or "our") to you ("client," "you," or "your"). By engaging our services, you accept these terms fully.

2. Services & Scope

PilrtJure provides contract drafting, intellectual property protection, and tax law consultation. The specific scope of each engagement will be detailed in a separate engagement letter. Services are provided under German law.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees are charged on an hourly basis or as agreed in the engagement letter. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payment may incur interest charges at 5% per annum above the applicable base rate.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, except where disclosure is legally required. Client-attorney privilege applies to all communications within the scope of legal services.

5. Liability & Limitation

PilrtJure's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific matter in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Clients must notify us of any claim within six months of service delivery.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain due. We will provide reasonable transition assistance to successor counsel.

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in compliance with GDPR and German data protection laws. Your data is used only for service delivery and legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Disclaimer

While we provide expert guidance, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Legal proceedings involve inherent uncertainty. We recommend independent financial and tax consultation where appropriate.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dresden courts.
